CIVITAS Forum 2021: Smart routes towards climate-neutral cities

CIVITASThe 18th edition of the CIVITAS Initiative’s flagship event on sustainable transport will take place on 20-21 October 2021 in Aachen, Germany, bringing together experts and practitioners from across the continent to explore the role of transport in paving the way towards building climate-neutral cities by- and for citizens in Europe.

Over the course of its two days, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss questions on the role of mobility and transport in creating climate-neutral cities, and how local authorities can engage support from the Commission and leverage their influence in shaping and stimulating the local economy to achieve the mission of creating 100 climate-neutral cities in Europe by 2030.

CIVITASGathering the keenest sustainable mobility minds to debate and analyse innovation in smart, inclusive and sustainable mobility, the event will also offer space to exchange and connect with city representatives, policymakers, practitioners, planners, NGOs, and academics.
