On 3-4 December 2025, the City Leadership Forum on Mobility will take place in Munich. It will be the 56th meeting for city leaders convened by the Cities Today Institute. The event will be hosted by Sabine Effner, Deputy Head of the Mobility Department of the City of Munich.

What makes our Leadership Forums different?

Alongside 20 mobility leaders from Europe’s principal cities, you will exchange best practices through roundtable discussions, Q&A sessions, case study presentations and site visits.

Select partners from industry and academia are invited to join the dialogue. This event is your opportunity to:

  • Gain actionable insights from like-minded transportation leaders
  • Address complex mobility challenges through collaborative problem-solving
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and innovative solutions
  • Have meaningful networking opportunities that elevate your peer network.

Programme

The content of the programme is based on interviews and research with the participants and members.

The peer-to-peer organisation of the content and the composition of the group allow for active, challenging discussions that help city leaders arrive with a series of issues and depart with solutions based on other city or partner experiences.

Participation is on an invitation-basis only.
