Eindhoven Smart City Lighting Event to discuss energy efficient technology

The Eindhoven based Smart City Lighting Event, taking place on 24-25 June 2015, will investigate the benefits for cities of switching from traditional street lighting to the far more smart energy efficient technology, and how this can open up tremendous opportunities to integrate sensors, WiFi, and all kinds of intelligent solutions in order to create data and make it smart.

The Smart City Lighting Event is an international meeting where all stakeholders involved in the smart lighting industry come together to hear and share the latest news in urban lighting. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience and learn from the leading projects from cities all over the world.

The city of Eindhoven is official host for this trendsetting event on the newest smart technologies, lighting designs, development of ideas, fundamental research, living labs, and leading ways of working together. The 2-day conference is aiming to exchange ideas, develop new initiatives and create future lighting solutions for the world.
